Mr. Celis Aguilar is a specialist in creating environmental strategies for project financing and development, infrastructure, tourism and energy in Mexico. Mr. Celis is president of the Mexican Academy of Energy Law (Academia Mexicana de Derecho Energético) and is an adjunct professor of law at various universities in Mexico City including the Universidad Panamericana, the ITAM and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM).
