CCN’s energy practice includes advising clients on numerous energy-related projects, as well as obtaining electrical energy and gas permits through the Mexican Energy Regulatory Commission or CRE, negotiating supply, auto generation and construction projects with the Federal Electricity Commission or CFE and providing advice on projects involving the warehousing and transportation of natural gas. CCN represents clients developing wind energy, natural gas and competitive bidding projects for supply of goods and services to Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). Given Mexico’s potential as an energy supplier and consumer, the firm expects its energy practice to continue to grow. |
