Our practice includes supporting clients with the registration of various vehicles in Mexico and the United States. Moreover, we have participated in many matters involving mergers and acquisitions of companies dedicated to transportation and logistics services. In general, we provide support on a multitude of transactional and regulatory issues in the transportation and logistics industries.
