Her focus is mainly related to the monitoring documentation and advice of commercial companies, as well as on notarial matters and continuity on the rights and obligations of such.
She has worked with various Mexican and Latin American companies, including on their preparation of Meeting Minutes, increases and reductions of their social capital regimes, corporate name, updating bylaws, consultancies, and business requirements that these may entail.
